About Me

WNC Artist | Long-Standing Member of The Asheville Craft Community | Art for Life

As a dedicated artist and lifelong maker, I’ve been an active part of Asheville’s thriving creative community for over 20 years. With roots in Western North Carolina's rich craft traditions, my journey has been about more than just creating art—it’s about fostering a legacy of creativity and supporting the artistic community around me.

Originally, my vision was to make art a part of my retirement, developing a cohesive brand, website, and a social media presence that reflected my passion and professionalism. Life, however, took an unexpected turn when Hurricane Helene impacted my primary income. Now, I’m turning this challenge into an opportunity, building a business that allows me to share my own creations and support fellow artists, just as I’ve done for years working alongside poet Vievee Francis.

My shop is where art meets resilience, dedication, and community. Through my work, I aim to not only create meaningful pieces but to uplift other creatives on their journeys.
